Weekends attract unruly crowds that disregard lines or beach seating! ! Restaurant access was abysmal near the beach! Inconsistent rum offerings and subpar drink quality left much to be desired!

Beautiful beach with plenty of activities like snorkeling and evening entertainment. Some dining options felt repetitive and could use variety.

The Bungalow Suite was clean and spacious, which was nice. The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but I managed. The bathroom was decent, with good water pressure. Just a heads up, there was a strange musty smell, which was kind of off-putting. Also, no drawers for clothes, just a closet. It was a comfortable place overall, just needed a few tweaks to be really great.

i recently visited this hotel and was thrilled by how it surpassed my prior experiences in bavaro. the spacious platinum suite was luxurious and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. the beach was beautiful with soft sand and clear waters, perfect for relaxing and swimming.

During my enjoyable stay at Princess in Bavaro, the breathtaking beach and attentive staff truly shone. I did experience some delays in dining service, yet the delicious food and beautiful scenery made it a memorable holiday.

The stay was quite enjoyable, particularly because of the beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach. However, the cleanliness of the pools and the consistency of the room cleaning left much to be desired. The on-site restaurants have a decent variety, but the food quality was often lacking. Overall, there were some comfort and hygiene issues that need attention, but the vibrant atmosphere made the visit worthwhile.

The resort has amazing wildlife, well-kept grounds, and a beautiful beach. The activities were super fun, especially the evening shows!

Felt very at home, no complaints at all.

The culinary treasures at the resort were a delight! The sandwiches were stacked high and bursting with flavor — a definite highlight. Plus, the friendly vibes of the staff and lush grounds made our family feel right at home. We loved spotting tropical birds everywhere!

Though I had a few hiccups with service, especially when waiting for coffee, the charm of Ismael and Lorenny made up for it. But seriously, the authenticity of some dishes left me scratching my head — udon shouldn’t look like soba, am I right?

We had a fantastic time at Grand Bavaro Princess! The pool areas were amazing, offering both a lively atmosphere and a quiet spot to relax. The food was delicious every day, especially at the beachside buffet near the steakhouse, which had an incredible variety. Our bungalow suite was spacious with a lovely layout, and the bathroom was a highlight with its separate tub and shower.

We had an amazing stay! The platinum beach with comfy beds was just heavenly, and the daily buffet had a great vegan selection. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful beach and friendly staff

I stayed for 5 nights in a Platinum Suite and truly enjoyed my time here. The beach was absolutely gorgeous with soft white sand, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. However, the WiFi connection was frustratingly poor, which detracted from the overall experience.

The Princess provided excellent facilities for my business needs, including a well-equipped business center and reliable Wi-Fi in my room and common areas. The staff were responsive and effectively assisted me with technical setup for my meetings. I appreciated the spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed and a nice shower, along with a well-stocked minibar. The on-site dining options were varied and the buffet had a great selection of fresh items.

Some staff interaction was inconsistent.
